Add QZ and EW spirits to the SQ and you can flip out traps like crazy. If you're going as a trapper, traps are your primary damage dealers anyhow, so how the IW comes into play as a trapper eludes me.

The primary purpose of this build is to deal damage through IW while maintaining a decent miss chance against foes with SQ, Throw Dirt, and the two stances. The traps are for those instances where you can't keep IW up; when that happens, keep SQ up and lay down those traps to protect your soft targets. Maybe the proper name of this build would be IW / Trapper.
Tiger's Fury could easily replace the healing skill if you trust your monk enough. I guess you would then put your spare points into Beast Mastery.
